Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team discipline is seeking a Deployment Lead to support Patriot program. In this role, you will be supporting our systems deployed overseas. You'll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. What You Will Do
* Lead the effort to coordinate execution of activities for deployment team - this includes planning, coordination and execution of taskings for fielding of Patriot systems

* Identify and obtain personnel and material resources required to complete team objectives

* Coordinate across organizational disciplines and functions to identify issues, resolve

* roadblocks and ensure successful completion of team objectives

* Interface with the customer, which includes scheduling and leading review meetings and technical discussions.

* Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts for deployment team scope

* Prepare plans, procedures, and test cases

* Ability to travel up to 15% internationally. Qualifications You Must Have
* Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

* Experience with the systems, software, operation, integration, and/or test.

* Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance after start. Qualifications We Prefer
* Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

* Experience leading technical teams

* Experience developing staffing plans and identifying staffing assignments

* Experience with MS Project scheduling/planning, proposals and bidding processes

* Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
