Position OverviewChoose your own adventure! We are seeking one or more engineers to join the Sensor Systems team in a multi-functional role. This position is intentionally broad: we are not expecting a single candidate to cover every area listed below. Instead, we are looking for individuals who can contribute meaningfully to one or more of these domains and are eager to expand their capabilities over time.

Potential ResponsibilitiesDepending on your strengths and interests, responsibilities may include:
- Product Development
- Participate in the design, prototyping, testing, and validation of products
- Travel to customer sites to understand requirements and/or commission new products
- Quality & Compliance
- Manage and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS)
- Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance, audits, and documentation
- Assist with regulatory compliance and technical documentation for new products and technologies
- Operations & Manufacturing
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes and process flow diagrams
- Improve production efficiency, documentation, and traceability
- Electrical Engineering
- System level electrical design including power distribution, PLCs, harness design, and related
- Board level design including switched mode power supplies, digital logic, and/or analog instrumentation
- Embedded systems design and familiarity with NVIDIA Jetson products
- Mechanical Design
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and drawings in Solid Works
- Perform structural, vibrational, and/or thermal FEA
Strong candidates will bring a combination of several:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5-10 years of experience or a Master’s with 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in two or more relevant areas (quality, product development, electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, etc.)
- Proficiency with Solid Works for design and documentation
- Working knowledge of GD&T standards and drawing interpretation
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other structured quality systems
- Electrical design experience (schematics, PCB layout, testing)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and documentation
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior engineers and/or technicians
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Pay Range: $105,000 – $130,000 annually
