Raytheon is hiring for a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer assigned to the 3rd shift with the hours of 9:00 pm–6:30 am Monday‑Friday. The ideal candidate will be a support equipment engineer in photolithography, metrology, and backside work‑center toolsets and will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment. The role requires maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of semiconductor processing equipment within the clean‑room environment, including various OEM resist tracks and ASML steppers, microscopes, SRD, and ovens.

Future expansion to support a wider range of equipment is expected.

• Document equipment‑related issues.
• Diagnose system issues based on experience and technical manuals.
• Quickly tire down equipment and make repairs based on urgency.
• Provide support to the Emergency Response Team (ERT).

• University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 3 years of experience.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and/or repairing semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

• Familiarity with SEMI 10 semiconductor standards.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and schematics.
• Fundamental understanding of SPC controls with the ability to implement SPC control plans on existing and new equipment.
• Documentation of work and detailed hand‑offs.
• Documentation of preventive maintenance work instructions.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and SPC controls using FDC software.
• Hands‑on experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician/Engineer in semiconductor or military equipment.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and lead a team.
• Ability to pull and analyze tool data.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
