** Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department
** is seeking a skilled and motivated
** Systems Integration & Test Cross Product Team (CPT) Lead
** to support the Patriot LTAMDS Integration effort. This role is responsible for leading the cost, schedule, and execution for the systems integration & test scope for the Patriot LTAMDS Integration efforts.

This position is onsite based in Andover, MA.
** What You Will Do
*** Responsible for cost, schedule and execution for Patriot LTAMDS Integration within Patriot portfolio
* Ensure application of technical processes in Test Readiness Reviews
* Support capability demonstrations with senior leaders
* Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers within the team
* Collaborate regularly across functions and engineering disciplines
* Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire is required. Occasional domestic and potential international travel.
** Qualifications You Must Have
*** Typically requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
* Experience developing program baselines, managing cost/schedules, and executing technical projects.
* Experience with system integration, verification, and test.
* Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a clearance.

* Test Architect Certification.
* Ability to collaborate with other engineering disciplines, Quality, Reliability, and program management.
* Strong communication and leadership skills for coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
