Job Overview

Key Responsibilities- Create and manage test plans for laboratory activities.
- Propose and describe new tests to improve test efficiency.
- Work closely with other teams on requirements, specification, architecture, design, and test.
- Prepare product samples and test setups; execute design, verification, and validation test plans following internal procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with project test plans covering electrical, thermal, environmental, mechanical, certification, HALT, safety, and EMC functions.
- Create and document test reports and summaries; monitor and report progress on test plans and cases to stakeholders.
- Support laboratory management tasks such as equipment and asset management, external service coordination, calibration, and procurement of essential equipment.
- Understanding of electrical engineering and test equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical safety.
- Experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum or power analyzers, electronic loads, signal generators, data loggers, and similar tools.
- EMI/EMC, safety, and certification test knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with test/lab management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Structured and organized work approach.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in power conversion domain is a plus.
- Experience in lab maintenance is a plus.
- Position does not require frequent travel.
