This role is based out of our beautiful Andover, MA facility, which offers many benefits, including an onsite fitness center with yoga and fitness training classes, onsite game rooms, a full-service café, free parking and more.

• Review and feedback of testability of product requirements.
• Design and develop test strategies, procedures and/or scripts for verification and validation of products.
• Produce hazards mapping/tracing based on product hazards descriptions. Develop test strategies, procedures and/or scripts to verify that product hazards have been mitigated properly.
• Produce product traceability lists of requirements to tests.
• Provide product validation schedule information.
• Code automated product validation procedures/scripts.
• Produce test reports and summaries and support the product release to production.
• Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

• BS in Electrical Engineering/Biomedical/CS or equivalent degree.

• 10+ years in product development experience or product test preferred.

• Proficient with use of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with IBM RQM and DOORS, Lab View, JIRA, and Matlab a plus.

The targeted pay range for this position is typically between $150,000 - $185,000. We note that the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
