• Executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans
• Support and engage with various Cross Functional Teams to resolve supply chain issues and serve as supply chain SME for other functional areas.
• Drive processes to successful completion in support of a very aggressive schedule of deliveries
• Support financial management reviews using Earned Value Management through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
• Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity plans to meet program commitments & proactively manage mitigation plans
• Monitor performance metrics and act to address program and functional issues
• Participate in CORE projects to enhance Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement
• Use critical thinking skills to propose sound and innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies to insure business area and program success
• Have ability to influence team decisions and outcomes
• Have the ability to work in and experience with a cross‑functional team oriented environment
• Have the capability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Process information from multiple sources to achieve a successful outcome

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Experience with supply chain, production control, material handling and/or performance management.
• ERP/MRP experience, SAP highly preferred.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• EVMS certification
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel including Pivot Tables)
• Excellent reporting/communication skills
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management, primarily EACs, and its processes, and tools
• Experience leading or participating in cross‑functional teams

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
