• Create RFIC/MMIC layout designs that meet engineering specifications.
• Perform Design Rule Checking (DRC) and Layout Versus Schematic (LVS) verification.
• Build reticles and place photomask orders for Raytheon’s III‑V semiconductor fab.
• Collaborate continuously with design, production, and mask engineering teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Minimum 2 years of integrated circuit layout and physical verification experience.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso tool suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

• Experience with III‑V semiconductor processing technologies (GaAs, GaN, SOI).
• Programming skills (Python, scripting, Skill).
• Knowledge of Linux operating system.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and team‑environment experience.

• Competitive salary range: $66,000 – $130,000 USD.
