This is a full-time on-site role located in Andover, MA for a Preschool Teacher at THE KATHY HERWARD CHILD CARE CENTER. The Preschool Teacher will design and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, foster the cognitive and emotional growth of young learners, and manage daily classroom activities. Collaborating with colleagues, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and building positive connections with children and their families are key responsibilities in this role.

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create and implement educational content for young children
• Knowledge and skills in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten instruction
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Organizational and classroom management skills
• Patience, compassion, and a passion for teaching and guiding young learners
• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children is highly desirable
