Job Responsibilities
  • ADAS Calibration Expertise:
    Execute precise ADAS calibration, leveraging your 5+ years of experience, with a focus on electrical diagnostics to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    Thoroughly document repairs using state-of-the-art software to contribute to liability mitigation and maintain transparency. Ensure compliance with OE standards.
  • Client Interaction and Relationship Building:
    Interact directly with clients, utilizing your customer service skills to build relationships. Demonstrate a customer-friendly approach and the ability to address client needs effectively.
  • Collaboration with Partners:
    Collaborate with dealerships and collision centers, forming strategic partnerships to assist them with diagnostics and calibration needs.
  • Continuous Learning and Training:
    Embrace and contribute to Our Client's commitment to ongoing training, staying at the cutting edge of technology in the automotive service industry.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in ADAS calibration or related automotive service roles.
  • Highly experienced in electrical diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in using OE scan tools and software directly from the manufacturer.
  • Leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
  • Customer service experience, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen.
