Zwicker is currently seeking a part‑time Receptionist/Support Clerk to join our team in Andover, MA. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to learn, possesses exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and is interested in joining our team. The base hourly rate for this position is $20.00.
Responsibilities- Receptionist Coverage
- Daily Coverage of the front desk
- Communication – answer and direct incoming phone calls through Alvaria system to direct calls to the accurate department.
- Computer Skills - Recovery Management System (RMS) – looking up accounts and verifying accounts/transfer calls to correct dept
- Processing of deliveries, daily logging and tracking
- Visitor and Client Management
- Administrative tasks - Processing of incoming bankruptcy documents daily, data entry, mail sorting and distributing
- Special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- One year of minimum experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage calls with clear, concise, and professional communication.
- Adheres to established building security protocols for both visitors and employees.
- Effectively engages with office staff, clients, and visitors both in person and over the phone.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable navigating computer systems.
- Excellent administrative and phone skills
- Basic computer skills, especially experience in Microsoft programs
- Above‑average interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
- Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
- Be able to complete a minimum of a 40‑hour flexible workweek schedule
- Be able to read and comprehend position‑specific documents and correspondence
- Be able to lift five pounds or greater
- Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times
- Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
- Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking
