* Data Entry Intern
* to support our data management and reporting processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, organizing information, and helping ensure data accuracy in business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify client information in CRM and data tracking systems (e.g., Redtail, Excel, or Power BI).
- Assist with regular data exports, imports, and quality checks.
- Organize and store data files following internal folder and naming conventions.
- Support the creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards.
- Identify and flag data inconsistencies or missing information for correction.
- Help document data procedures and workflow steps for team reference.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Comfortable working with structured data and repetitive tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Exposure to real-world CRM and data management processes in a financial services environment.
- Experience supporting data workflows that impact client service and business analytics.
- Mentorship from the Data & Systems team in developing data literacy and reporting skills.
