We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to play a vital role in our finance and HR operations. In this role, you will be the "engine room" of our payroll department, ensuring our team is paid accurately and on time, every time.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage our end-to-end payroll data and timekeeping processes. Working under the guidance of the Payroll Manager, you will ensure the accuracy of employee records across SAP Success Factors and ADP Workforce Now, while acting as a key resource for employees and supervisors regarding pay and timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities- Process all new hire paperwork and manage HR data changes within SAP Success Factors and ADP Workforce Now
. - Administer specialized pay updates, including stock updates, on-call pay, manual checks, gym reimbursements, gift awards, and car/gas allowances.
- Manage employee requests for direct deposit changes, W-4 updates, address changes, and paystub inquiries.
- Handle administrative financial tasks including wage verifications, stop payments, direct deposit reversals, and petty cash backup.
- Monitor ADP Workforce Manager reports to audit missing punches, PTO usage, and proper pay codes.
- Execute weekly "Process Time Pay Data" imports to ensure hours are accurate before payroll finalization.
- Generate General Ledger (GL) downloads and convert text files into Excel for financial reporting.
- Coordinate the physical separation and distribution of checks for multi-state locations.
- Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager (or equivalent systems).
