Fulfillment Specialist; Part Time

Overview

This part-time, hourly position is located at our studio in Andover, MA. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Hours are 9am-1pm ET, with occasional earlier or later hours as needed. Pay is $20 per hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits for part-time employees include an employee discount, paid vacation, and a retirement plan with matching.

• Prepare and send domestic and international shipments for online orders.

• Prepare and send domestic and international shipments for other items as needed.

• Manage shipping supply inventory, including unpacking and organizing supplies

  • Some lifting required

• Pre-assemble shipping materials as needed

• Communicate with virtual and on-site team members

• Meticulous attention to detail

• The ability to adhere to schedules and meet deadlines as directed

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Serious about work quality, but otherwise relaxed and easy-going (we like to have fun here!)

• The ability to receive direct feedback in a positive manner

• A positive attitude and self-starter with the ability to perform with little direct supervision

• Knowledge of Gmail, Slack, Adobe, Shopify, and Monday is a plus
