Position Summary The Accounting Intern will primarily support Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, data entry, and communication with internal stakeholders for approvals and issue resolution. This role provides hands‑on exposure to corporate accounting processes while helping develop organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication abilities. In addition to Accounts Payable, the intern may assist with projects in other areas of accounting such as fixed assets, inter‑company transactions, and cash‑related processes.

This internship is ideal for students interested in business, accounting, or finance who want to gain real‑world corporate experience.

• Perform invoice data entry and processing
• Assist with tracking and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Communicate with Trans Medics team members regarding invoice approvals
• Support issue resolution in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with projects related to fixed assets, intercompany transactions, or cash processes
• Support reconciliation and documentation activities
• Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in financial documentation

• Develop professional written communication skills
• Strengthen organizational and time‑management skills
• Gain exposure to corporate accounting systems and workflows
