Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 24 USD Hourly USD 24.00 HOUR

We are seeking an AP Specialist who can work in a dynamic environment, is a self-starter, and has experience in a high-volume AP team.

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned group of vendors in the day-to-day accounts payable process to ensure timely processing of invoices through the accounts payable cycle.

Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and get invoices cleared for payment.

Develop close working relationships with internal buyers and external vendors.

Identify and prepare month-end accrual entries.

Identify and resolve aged PO receipts and vendor invoices.

Actively work to move vendors from manual payments and checks to ACH.

Prepare and submit weekly payment proposals.

Identify opportunities for development and implementation of new tools and platforms to meet the needs of our ever-changing business model.

Assist with internal and external audits.

Handle special projects as required.

Experience:

Oracle experience is required.
AP Manufacturing as well as Concur experience preferred.
Ability to work in a high-volume dynamic environment.
Minimum of 2+ years of AP experience.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills.

Pay is $24/hr.
