Check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while working as part of a team. Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. Comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Perform pre‑delivery vehicle preparation, learn the delivery area, check orders for quality and accuracy, and follow proper delivery procedures.
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Deliver pizza to individual customer homes.
- Safely interact with customers at their homes.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential customer information in a responsible manner.
- Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
- Work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other workstations during their shift, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
- Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.
- Navigate and read a map to locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings and private homes.
- Operate all equipment, clean equipment and facility daily, and perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, preparing product, and taking orders.
- Perform basic math accurately and quickly (may use calculator) and make correct monetary change.
- Use verbal, written and telephone skills to take and process orders and operate a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler; take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Safely operate a motor vehicle.
- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum; height of work surfaces between 28"–48". - Walking:
Generally in short distances for short durations. - Sitting:
Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries twice a week or more; lift/move cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 lb with dimensions up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft. - Carrying:
Carry large cans (3 lb 7 oz) and occasionally heavy pizza sauce (30 lb); carry trays of dough (≈12 lb each) and other items during delivery. - Pushing/Pulling:
Push or pull trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lb required to move a stack of trays. - Climbing:
Infrequent stair or ladder use to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance. - Stooping / Bending:
Forward bending at the waist necessary at the pizza assembly station; repeated continuously during the day. - Crouching / Squatting:
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. - Reaching:
Continuous reaching up, down, or forward; reach above 72" when turning on/off oven controls or changing signs. - Hand tasks:
Eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough, manipulating a pizza peel, and using a railing cutter. - Machinery & tools:
Use pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza cutter/peel. - Driving:
Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area; may make several deliveries per shift.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to above 90 °F, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing:
Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments:
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Additional Information- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a driver’s license valid for 2 years, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle.
- Must work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
- Must be cross‑trained and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
- Bilingual in certain markets.
- Non‑exempt, hourly position.
