About the Role
Volunteer Caseworkers play a vital role in supporting beneficiaries through personalised, one-to-one assistance. You’ll arrange phone or face‑to‑face conversations with those seeking help, understand their circumstances, and work with them to identify the right support options. You’ll type clear case reports, communicate with partner organisations, and ensure beneficiaries remain updated throughout.
This role is incredibly rewarding and ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful and lasting impact in their community.
ResponsibilitiesCaseworkers are often the first point of contact for someone seeking assistance. You’ll listen without judgement, gather information, and assess what support is needed.
