We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership team at our flagship site in Andover. This is a high‑volume venue with up to 250 covers, offering a fast‑paced, rewarding environment where you can develop your management skills while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

• A confident and motivated supervisor or assistant manager from a branded, full‑service restaurant background
• Experience supporting financial controls such as stock, labour, and cost management
• A hands‑on leader who enjoys coaching and developing FOH and BOH teams
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• A proactive team player who leads by example and supports the wider management team
• Someone adaptable and positive, able to support change and continuous improvement

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality
• Hands‑on BOH experience and comfortable in the kitchen
• Experience in high‑volume or branded restaurant environments (preferred)
• A full UK driving licence (due to site location)
