• Have experience as a trustee, chair or senior leader (charity or community)
• Lead with empathy, clarity and good judgement
• Care deeply about mental health, inclusion and community
• Value neurodivergent-friendly, trauma-informed approaches
• Enjoy supporting people rather than controlling them

• Chair and support trustee meetings in a calm, inclusive way
• Work alongside the Project Lead to support strategy and decision-making
• Ensure good governance, safeguarding and accountability
• Help trustees work well together and use their strengths
• Act as an ambassador for the charity and its values
