We are recruiting experienced full time Butchers to work in our Butchery Department at our Andover site. We are looking for candidates with previous butchery or food production experience, who are focused, driven and able to work in a fast paced production environment.

• Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm

• Ensure work is carried out to the best of the Operative's abilities to meet production deadlines
• Deboning and trimming to required customer specifications
• Always comply with Company policy and procedures on safe food handling and hygiene
• Wear and maintain PPE provided correctly
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned necessary to meet business needs.

• Previous experience in a butcher or food production environment is essential
• Ability to carry out deboning and trimming tasks to specifications
• Good communication and reliability
• Ability to work on own initiative while also work as a part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
