Are you looking to make a positive impact in the recycling industry? We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Recycling Operative for our valued client based in Andover.

As a Recycling Operative, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for sorting and processing recyclable materials in an efficient and environmentally-friendly manner. You will play an essential role in ensuring that materials are sorted accurately and safely, contributing to the company's sustainability goals and supporting a clean and organised working environment.

• Sort and process recyclable materials in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure all recyclable items are stored and disposed of correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organised recycling area.
• Assist with loading and unloading of recyclable materials.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform routine checks to ensure equipment is working properly.
• Collaborate with the team to meet recycling targets.
• Support with general recycling duties as required.

• Previous experience in a recycling or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Flexibility and reliability with a positive attitude.
• A proactive approach to work and willingness to learn.
• Be able to drive to the location.
