In this role, the successful Graduate Engineer/Apprentice or similar will be trained to set and operate CNC laser cutting machines, loading materials using crane or forklift, removing and preparing cut parts for production, and carrying out basic maintenance and fault reporting. You will also support wider production activities such as press brake operation, assembly, and fitting when required.

The ideal Graduate Engineer/Apprentice or similar is an experienced and motivated engineering graduate or similar, confident working independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced production environment.

The Role:

• Setting and operating CNC laser cutting machines
• Loading materials, removing cut parts, and preparing them for production
• Basic machine maintenance, fault reporting, and supporting production as required

The Person:

• Engineering graduate or similar.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well within a team
• Authorised to work in the UK and commutable to Andover
