Join our Operations team at Salads as a Factory Operative! This is a permanent, full-time role where you’ll help prepare and pack fresh products to the highest standards, ensuring quality and safety every step of the way.

What you’ll do:

• Feed raw materials and pack finished goods to customer specifications
• Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and GMP standards
• Operate crate wash and support production lines
• Work in a chilled environment (PPE provided)

What we’re looking for:

• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Adaptable and able to manage pressure
• Previous FMCG experience is an advantage (full training provided)
• Permanent, full-time position
• Regular shift pattern for work-life balance
• Supportive team environment
