CNC Machine Operative

Role Overview

Personnel Selection are seeking a number of CNC Machine Operatives to work on a temporary contract until the end of March. This role is based within Andover Hampshire. Due to an increase of workload, you will be joining an existing friendly team. Our client heavily invests in the latest equipment and tooling and offers excellent training for the right candidates.

Standard day shift hours with flexi-time available between 7am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. £12.21ph to £13.05ph depending on experience. Overtime paid after 38 core hours worked at an uplift rate of an extra 50% ph. Great benefits and working atmosphere. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

• Experience of operating CNC Machines preferred but training will be given.
• Previous experience of working within an engineering environment.
• Happy to work in a warm environment.
• Must be capable and well motivated.
• Prepared to work overtime if required.
• A loyal previous working history.
• Confident with hand tools.
• Happy to be standing all day working at your own station.
