Are you a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar looking to work early shifts Monday to Friday, for a local and rapidly expanding company offering a long-term career, with plenty of company benefits and an excellent working environment?

In this role you will be overseeing a team of 10 on the shop floor to ensure smooth running of production. You will be reporting to the Production Manager and handling issues involving quality, cost, and personnel.

Founded nearly 40 years ago, this manufacturer supplies their specialist products into industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical, with trusted clients across the globe. They have experienced unprecedented growth over recent years and have a clear direction for the future with a new site opened recently.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar looking to work early shifts for a continuously growing and progressive company, offering an excellent place to work where they will be looked after with plenty of benefits.

• Overseeing a busy production facility and ensuring smooth running of it
• Supervising a team of 10 Operatives on the shop floor
• Liaising with Production Manager over cost, delivery and personnel issues
• Monday to Thursday 6am - 2:15pm, early finish Friday, 38.5 hours a week
