We’re looking for a UK Payroll Administrator who takes pride in getting things right and supporting people across the business. In this role, you will deliver accurate, timely payroll for all UK teams and become a trusted point of contact for payroll queries and day‑to‑day support.

You will work closely with our HR Payroll Manager to run the full payroll cycle. You will keep our HR system Dayforce up to date, process changes, manage deductions and benefits, and make sure every detail is captured correctly. You will answer payroll questions with empathy and clarity, helping colleagues feel informed and supported.

You will also help us improve how we work. You can review payroll processes, spot opportunities to streamline tasks, and support small improvements that make life easier for both employees and the wider HR team. You will stay curious about legislation, system updates and best practice, ensuring we remain compliant and efficient and if you already have experience using and utilising Dayforce, even better.

General Microsoft office experience essential, but if you can use Excel to Pivot Table, VLookup, write Macro's then this is an extra benefit.

This role suits someone who enjoys detail, cares about people, and wants to grow their skills in payroll. You will be trusted with confidential information, encouraged to develop, and supported by a grounded, friendly team that values honesty, teamwork and continuous improvement.

This role can be worked from either of our UK sites close to Andover and Chichester on a Hybrid working model, minimum of 2 days working in the office.
