The Role

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating care schedules and managing rotas

Matching carers to clients based on needs, skills, and availability

Supporting care staff with day-to-day queries

Communicating with clients, families, and professionals

Responding to changes, emergencies, and last-minute cover

Ensuring accurate records and compliance with care standards

Supporting the Registered Manager with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or care environment (preferred)

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

A calm, flexible approach in a fast-paced environment

Good IT skills and attention to detail
