Are you a hands‑on engineer who loves solving problems and keeping things running smoothly?

At Vitacress, we’re looking for a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our close‑knit Engineering team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our chilled food manufacturing site operating at its best—tackling breakdowns, leading planned maintenance, and delivering small but impactful improvement projects.

In this role, you will:

• Jump into action to fix faults and reduce downtime
• Carry out planned maintenance to keep machinery in top shape
• Suggest smart improvements that boost efficiency and cut waste
• Work alongside Production, Technical and Hygiene teams to get things done
• Accurately record data to support continuous improvement and compliance
• Ensure everything you do meets health & safety, food safety, and Vitacress standards

What you bring:

• Solid engineering maintenance experience
• Strong electrical & mechanical fault‑finding skills
• Confidence reading technical drawings and working with pneumatics
• Fabrication and welding experience
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• A recognised engineering qualification (e.g., apprenticeship or graduate programme)
