Test Engineer —

Location:

Near Weyhill / Andover. £33,000 - £42,000 per annum (DOE).

• Carry out testing activities using advanced test rigs and instrumentation
• Support development and validation of complex engineering products
• Set up, monitor, and analyse test programmes and performance data
• Work closely with design and development teams to resolve issues
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver to agreed timelines
• Produce clear technical reports and documentation
• Ensure safe operation of test facilities and equipment

• 1-2 years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or test environment
• Experience with test equipment, data acquisition, or control systems (e.g. dynamometer, MoTeC, LabVIEW or similar)
• Background in electrical, electronic, software, or mechanical engineering advantageous
• Experience working with motors, rotating equipment, or high-power systems desirable
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
