We have a current opportunity for a Senior Planner on a contract basis. The position will be based in Andover. For further information about this position please apply.

One of our clients are seeking a Senior Project Planner to support the development, management, and coordination of project programmes working across their portfolio (GSP and energy projects).

• 6‑month initial contract
• Outside IR35
• Andover based
• Office based

The role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to build accurate programmes, update progress, highlight risks, and support NEC compliant change processes. This is a hands on planning role focused on creating and maintaining high quality schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring project teams have clear and reliable programme information.

• Programme Development & Management – develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6.
• NEC Programme Requirements – ensure programmes comply with NEC obligations, including scheduling & project coordination – perform critical path and float analysis to identify constraints and risks.
• Reporting & Communication – produce clear programme reports, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders.

• Extensive P6 knowledge
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Senior Planner (min 10 years Planning experience)
• Experience working with energy sectors on high value infrastructure projects
