The Role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lead Chiller Engineer to join a well-established business supporting commercial and industrial sites. This role is ideal for a chiller specialist who enjoys technical work, mentoring others, and being the point of escalation for complex breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and maintenance of chillers and associated HVAC systems

• Fault finding on controls, electrics and refrigeration circuits

• Leading and supporting a team of engineers (on site and remotely)

• Managing complex breakdowns and acting as technical escalation

• Ensuring compliance, paperwork completion and high standards

• Working closely with management to improve service delivery

Requirements

• Proven chiller engineering experience (essential)

• Strong diagnostics and fault finding skills

• FGAS qualification (essential)

• Electrical knowledge and control systems experience beneficial

• Full UK driving licence

• Leadership / senior engineer background preferred
