This is a full-time on-site role based in Andover for an Electric Drive Unit Test Engineer. The role involves conducting performance and durability testing of electric drive units, analyzing test data, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and preparing detailed test reports. The candidate will also collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop test plans, assist in troubleshooting, and ensure all test equipment operates effectively.

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining electric drive unit testing equipment
• Experience in data analysis and generating comprehensive test reports
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Customer Service skills are a plus
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent practical experience within a similar role preferred
• A background in electric motor systems or drive units is advantageous
