Site Manager Retail Fit Out Andover

Our client is a Main Contractor with a proven track record of nationwide coverage of various projects. Specialising in MEP install, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Andover on a Retail Fit Out project for 5 months.

Responsibilities Day-to-Day Site Management

Take full responsibility for the daily management of site activities on a fast‑paced retail fit‑out project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

Programme & Subcontractor Coordination

Manage subcontractors and trades on site, coordinating sequencing, access, and logistics to achieve key milestones within a tight fit‑out programme.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Enforce site health and safety standards, conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and inspections, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and statutory regulations.

Quality Control & Defect Management

Monitor workmanship across all trades, carry out snagging and quality inspections, and ensure defects are closed out e...
