Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Analyst to join Stannah
, based at our Andover, Watt Close site
. This role will involve analysing and interpreting operational data to support effective decision‑making and drive continuous improvement across our Manufacturing division. You will work Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45, Friday 08:00 to 13:00 on a permanent contract. At Stannah, we’ve been lifting people and raising standards for more than 150 years. Responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret operational data, presenting insights and recommendations using Power BI.
  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by processing and communicating forecast updates.
  • Design and produce operational metrics and dashboards for senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to review processes and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to operational business cases and data modelling for departmental projects.
Qualifications
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, lookups, and IF statements.
  • Experience using Power BI and working with large data sets.
  • Background in an operational environment, particularly forecasting or capacity planning.
  • High level of IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • A‑Level (or equivalent) qualifications; a relevant degree is desirable but not essential.
