, you will step into a role where your insight and energy directly shape the decisions that drive our business forward.

You will work hand in hand with our Commercial and Operations teams, ensuring gross margins are protected and pricing decisions are made with confidence. You will design and automate reporting that brings clarity, helping colleagues see the story behind the numbers and make smarter choices.

You will challenge, question, and support, always with the goal of strengthening our business.

You will partner with sales and marketing to explore new product opportunities, defend price challenges, and negotiate terms that safeguard profitability.

Alongside this, supporting our Spanish farm in Murcia, guiding cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting so the team can truly thrive. Month end won’t just be about numbers, you’ll tell stories, bringing them to life with the commentary and analysis that highlight what really matters.

This is a role where you can innovate, improve systems, and make finance a trusted voice in the room. You will be part of a team that listens, collaborates, and values your curiosity and drive.

If you are a qualified accountant with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to challenge while staying grounded, you will find a home here. Spanish language skills are a bonus, but your ability to connect and communicate is what counts most.

With our own salad leaf farms, we take immense pride in delivering a field to fork operation. We grow, wash, pack and distribute salad and watercress for retailer own brands and our own brand Steve’s Leaves.
