Are you organised, proactive, and great with people? Looking to take the next step in your career within a friendly, ambitious company? We're looking for a Service & Technical Coordinator to become a key part of our clients expanding Service Department.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person for customers, suppliers, engineers, and our Service Manager in helping to keep operations running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing and tracking warranty enquiries from start to finish
Raising purchase orders and monitoring supplier deliveries
Logging service jobs, scheduling engineer visits, and keeping customers informed
Responding promptly to customer queries via phone and email
Supporting the Service Manager with workflow planning, reporting, and daily coordination
Assisting with spare parts inventory, including stock checks and ordering
Preparing repair and spare-part quotations
Maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth, efficient service operations
What We're Looking For
Previous experience and knowledge working in customer service, service administration, technical support or warranty roles
Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly phone manner
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Logical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general IT
Reliable, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
A strong team player who takes pride in their work
