I am working with a well-established accountancy practice in Andover to recruit an Audit Senior as part of continued growth within their Audit team.

This role offers hands-on responsibility across a varied audit portfolio, client exposure, and a clear pathway for progression within practice.

• Planning, leading and delivering audit assignments from start to completion
• Supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members
• Preparing statutory accounts and audit files in line with UK standards
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients during audits
• Liaising with managers and partners to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Supporting the development and training of junior staff

• ACA / ACCA qualified or actively studying
• Previous UK audit experience within an accountancy practice (essential)
• Experience leading audits on-site or remotely
• Strong knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
