Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and verify identification and/or visitor authorization, assisting with visitor and contractor sign-in per site procedures;
Complete routine reports and log entries, documenting patrols, observations, and incidents, and communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts
