Pay and Benefits

Pay:
Up to $54,000.00 Average Total Compensation

Bonus based on Store Performance,
Profit Sharing on average of $800.00

Responsibilities
  • This position has responsibility for day-to-day store operations, including food operations, maintaining a safe environment, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, and supervising employees.
  • The General Manager will also learn how to promote store profitability, maintain brand standards, execute marketing programs, manage expenses, monitor inventory levels and shortage control, and adhere to and enforce all company programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Take charge of directing and coordinating staff in providing excellent "Making Life Easier" customer experience. Ensure customers come first and staff are dedicated to satisfying their needs.
  • Maximize store sales and profits by acting with pride, enthusiasm, and determination within established budgets.
  • Lead team members within the store to create an open and inviting atmosphere for all customers.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure the right staff are available to meet customer needs.
Training and Qualifications
  • Complete computer-based training for newly hired employees
  • Complete Serv Safe Training and become certified
  • Complete an average 4-6 weeks of Food and Beverage training
  • Complete an average of 4-6 weeks of Retail operations training
