Become a Sales Associate by fulfilling the merchandising needs of grocery‑related customers through stocking shelves, building and maintaining displays, and partnering with retailers such as Walmart, Publix, and Target. You will represent world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, Bel Vita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.
Responsibilities- Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelez’ visit method to cover any teammate as needed.
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure sales representative’s negotiations with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
- Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure efficient in‑store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Work in conjunction with merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical activity requirements: repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Live within 25–35 miles of Greenville, SC; ability to drive to secondary locations in Anderson, SC.
- Full schedule availability required.

- Base salary range: $31,300 to $54,400; exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and location.
