Pay Range: $54,000 - $55,000, Base Pay + Commission
Schedule:
5 consecutive days a week including weekends; shift: 5am - 6am start time until route completion. Weekend days off will be Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday.

Job OverviewAre you eager to build partnerships with our retailers? This role manages your own accounts by focusing on selling products and promotions while showcasing merchandising skills. Be Coca‑Cola’s subject matter expert for selling, merchandising and inventory needs.
Responsibilities- Execute commercial plans to customers on daily, pre-set routes.
- Utilize communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
- Stock, merchandise, and rotate all beverage sections and displays in stores.
- Manage all ordering aspects; maintain inventory levels, minimize shrink, and organize back rooms.
- Build displays sold locally or through other agreements.
- Communicate with merchandisers and specialists supporting your territory on days off.
- Identify and communicate competitive issues or market activities affecting the business and execute duties safely and in accordance with quality guidelines.
- Execute promotions and new products based on target lists, LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, POS, and plans to achieve Right Execution Daily scores.
- Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and shelves per procedures.
- Organize and maintain back room, handle pallets, damaged/expired products, and returns.
- Create and distribute point-of-sale materials; rotate products and ensure proper operation of vendors.
- Foster relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, programs, and opportunities.
- Effective communication (listening, speaking, writing).
- Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly).
- Critical thinking, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Valid in-state driver’s license.
- Excellent driving history.
- Proof of insurance meeting required coverage amounts from first day of employment.
- High School Education / GED.
