Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests in a welcoming way to solve their needs.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to align with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures as certified.
• Process pricing changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how procedures such as setting up and organizing merchandise, managing stock levels, and maintaining sales floor areas affect inventory management and store profitability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve issues and improve the guest experience; demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely at all times and report hazards; support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with relevant laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; may involve duties such as Drive-Up or carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift (shift length may vary).
