• Oversee daily operations like a boss
• Lead and coach crew members and shift leads with energy and positivity
• Jump in on the floor during busy times (grill, register, drive‑thru, expo, all of it)
• Deliver top‑tier guest experiences (smiles, speed, and straight‑up awesome service)
• Help with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback
• Keep things clean, safe, organized, and up to Hip Burger standards
• Support the GM with inventory, ordering, and team development
• Solve problems on the fly and keep the vibe strong no matter how busy it gets

• 1+ year of leadership experience in food service or hospitality
• A natural ability to lead, motivate, and communicate
• Calm in the chaos, cool under pressure
• Big energy and a love for working with people
• Detail‑oriented and reliable – you show up, step up, and level up
• Must be 18+ and available for flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays)
