12-Hour Shifts | Thursday - Sunday
$40-$50/HR DOE

• Oversee nursing care on your shift while supporting staff and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care
• Supervise and direct day-to-day nursing functions and staff assignments
• Monitor resident care, document conditions, and update care plans
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents while ensuring comfort and dignity
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to create effective care plans
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and infection control practices
• Participate in quality assurance, safety, and staff training initiatives
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
• Create a positive, calm, and caring environment for residents and staff

• Active RN license in California (required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work 12-hour NOC shifts Thursday through Sunday
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
