Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Painter (Mon-Fri, 2:30p-11:00p)- Location: Anderson, South Carolina
- Pay Range: $18.25- $27.96/hour (based on experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Painter to join our 1st shift team.
Key Responsibilities- Clean metal parts using hand and power tools to remove slag or debris
- Wash parts in a booth or with chemical solvents to prepare for coating
- Mask, sand, and hang parts in preparation for powder application
- Apply powder coating in paint booth, ensuring consistent quality
- Operate and maintain cure ovens as per specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Accurately record labor and production data
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in steel manufacturing or industrial painting
- Completion of safety, quality, and production training
- Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Heavier loads require use of overhead or jib crane
- Must be able to wear a respirator when required
