Glen Raven, a global leading manufacturer of performance fabrics, is currently seeking a Production Operations Section Leader for a 12‑hour night shift position in our manufacturing facility.

The hours for Section Leader roles are either 7:30 pm–7:30 am on a non‑rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule, or Monday through Friday 4 pm–12 am or 12 am–8 am.

• Lead daily operations in the department for the entire shift team and coordinate with other departments as required.
• Follow company policies and safe work practices to prevent injury to yourself and other associates.
• Immediately correct unsafe behaviors and report any unsafe work condition.
• Immediately report any work‑related injury to your Department Manager.
• Lead shift meetings as needed.
• Take responsibility to manage and delegate tasks that need to be accomplished and do not have an owner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a leadership and/or supervisory role is strongly preferred.
• Textile manufacturing or general manufacturing experience preferred.
• MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
• A leader in safety and quality among peers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to speak in a public setting.
• Ability to multi‑task and handle varied manufacturing functions and priorities.
• Strong bias for action.
