Haul Unit Operator

• Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport aggregate materials within the site.

• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report any issues promptly.

• Follow all site safety protocols and traffic rules to maintain a safe work environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.

• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively in a production environment.

• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company and regulatory standards.

• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor troubleshooting.

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $21.00 to $24.50 per hour
