ResponsibilitiesAs Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food production and operating the back‑of‑house in accordance with Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and company systems. You will maintain quality, cleanliness, and safety standards, oversee labor, and manage overall operations in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
Qualifications- Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high‑volume, casual dining or family‑style restaurant.
- Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
- Successful completion of Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program.
- Position requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
