Physical Therapist (New Grad Mentor Program) - Anderson, SC

Join FOX Rehabilitation as a Physical Therapist in our New Grad Mentor Program. We are seeking a newly graduated Physical Therapist looking for the perfect blend of mentorship and independence to launch their career.

Responsibilities and

Qualifications:

• Mentorship and hands-on training to help you become a confident, well-rounded clinician.
• No prior in-home or home health experience required.
• Manageable caseload with 6-8 patients per day on average.
• 1:1 care and 60-minute sessions.
• Flexible schedule with no nights or weekends required.

Requirements:

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
